A: Please select a store and choose your dishes. Then, specify the quantity, provide your delivery address, choose your preferred pickup date and time, and select a payment method.

Q: Do you accept same-day orders?

A: Yes, we do accept orders on the same day. For same-day orders, please send the details of your desired meal, delivery address, and preferred time to our company's SNS account listed on this website. We will then send you a QR code for payment. Once the payment is completed, we will promptly arrange for delivery.

Q: What are the available payment methods?

A: You can use credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and the like. Please note that cash is not accepted.

Q: How will it be delivered?

A: It will be delivered by the courier service designated by our company.

Q: How will I know when the delivery person arrives on the day?

A: For those staying in accommodations like hotels or guesthouses, we will notify the reception, who will then call your room directly. In facilities without a reception, like Airbnb, we will contact you directly using the room's intercom.

Q: Is it possible to specify the delivery date and time?

A: We currently accept delivery time slot requests for 8:00-9:00, 9:00-10:00, and 10:00-11:00. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot accommodate more specific time requests.

A: We do not accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. However, for certain items, changes or cancellations may be possible before the order is finalized. Please reach out to us via the inquiry form.
